Kiawah Island
Resort Island south of Charleston, approximately 10,000 acres. Southeastern has been providing boundaries, subdivisions, staking and tree & topos since 1980.
Brickyard Plantation
Residential subdivision development in Mt. Pleasant started in 1988. Southeastern provided the boundaries, subdivisions, staking and tree & topos.
SC State Ports Authority
The port expansion at the old navy base started in 2008. Southeastern has been providing construction staking and cut/fill volume surveys.
Daniel Island
Large 4,500 acre mixed use development in Charleston started in 1991. Southeastern provided the overall boundary survey of Daniel Island, subdivisions of parcels M, N, and O. SSI also provided all of the surveying services for multi family projects Blakeway, Spring Arbor, 254 Seven Farms, 200 River Landing and Pier View.
Roper St. Francis Hospital
The new hospital at Carolina Park started in 2008. Southeastern provided the boundary survey and staking of over 1,200 concrete piles. We also provided the utility staking and asbuilts.
Dunes West
Large 3700 acre residential development in Mt. Pleasant. Southeastern has been providing boundaries, subdivisions, staking and tree topos since 1987.
Hobcaw Creek Plantation
Residential subdivision development in Mt. Pleasant started in 1987. Southeastern provided the boundaries, subdivisions, staking and tree topos.
Longpoint
Residential subdivision development in Mt. Pleasant started in 1987. Southeastern provided the boundaries, subdivisions, staking and tree topos.
Belle Hall Plantation
Residential subdivision development in Mt. Pleasant. Southeastern has been providing the boundaries, subdivisions, staking and tree topos since 1989.
Charleston National
Residential subdivision development in Mt. Pleasant. Southeastern provided some of the boundaries, subdivisions, staking and tree topos.
Nucor Steel
Steel plant in Cainhoy started in 1994. Southeastern provided the boundary, wetlands, and construction staking for the 2,406 acre site and a 5,547 acre conservation easement boundary survey.
Park West
Large 1,300 acre residential development in Mt. Pleasant. Southeastern has been providing boundaries, subdivisions, staking and tree topos since 1996.
Hamlin Plantation
A 430 acre residential development in Mt. Pleasant. Southeastern has been providing boundaries, subdivisions, staking and tree topos since 1997.
Martins Point
A residential development on Wadmalaw Island. Southeastern has been providing boundaries, subdivisions, staking and tree & topos since 1997.
Piggly Wiggly Distribution Center
Large distribution center in Jedburg started in 1997. Southeastern provided the boundary, wetlands, and construction staking for the 346 acre site.
Carolina Park
A 1,708 acre mixed use community started in 1997. Southeastern provided the boundary and wetland surveys as well as tree and topographic surveys. We also provided surveying for the new Wando High School.
Cassique
A residential development on Seabrook Island. Southeastern has been providing boundaries, subdivisions, staking and tree & topos since 1997.
Freshfields
A commercial development on Seabrook Island. Southeastern has been providing boundaries, subdivisions, staking and tree & topos since 1998.
Bulls Bay
A 584 acre residential and golf course development in Awendaw started in 1999. Southeastern provided the boundary, wetlands, subdivisions and construction staking.
Poplar Grove
A 5,295 acre residential and equestrian subdivision development in Hollywood. Southeastern has been providing the boundaries, wetland surveys, subdivisions, staking and tree & topos since 2004.
Horizon Village
A 50 acre residential development in North Charleston started in 2005. Southeastern provided the construction staking, topographic surveying and the ALTA/ACSM survey.
Cane Bay
A large 4,500 acre residential subdivision development near Summerville. Southeastern has been providing some of the boundaries, subdivisions, staking and tree & topos since 2006.
East Cooper Hospital
The new hospital on Mathis Ferry Road started in 2008. Southeastern provided the construction staking.
Wando Terminal
The port expansion at the Wando Terminal started in 2009. Southeastern has been providing construction staking.
